Firm Overview

We practice primarily in the areas of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy.

Chapter 13 - a reorganization bankruptcy. Filed by people who want to stop foreclosure, stop repossession, pay back taxes, keep their non-exempt property, or are required to pay back a portion of their unsecured debt based on their disposable income.

Chapter 7 - a fresh start. The debtor receives a discharge of all dischargeable debts in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Non-exempt property may be liquidated. It is critical to work with an experienced Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Attorney to maximize your exemptions and minimize the risk of any assets being liquidated.

There are many different types of debt that can result in the need of bankruptcy:
Car Repossessions
Foreclosure
Wage Garnishment
Medical Bills
Credit Card Debt
Payday Loans
Student Loans
No matter what the situation is we can help!
