Mr. Werner is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and all Pennsylvania Trial and Appellate Courts. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, including its Litigation, Municipal, Small Firm and Tax Sections, and the Chester County Bar Association.
