In 1976, Wade & Lowe was founded on a commitment to provide reliable legal services for insurance and corporate clients. Over the years, we have greatly broadened the variety of legal services we provide. Our clients now include public entities, insurance companies, service corporations and common interest developments. Our client representation takes us to all counties in California. We maintain offices in Orange County and the Inland Empire. With experience in over 100 trials, we are able to provide legal services with extensive experience, knowledge and relations to your case to obtain the results you deserve. Although Wade & Lowe has grown from six attorneys to nearly 20, we have never lost sight of our founding ideals. We still carefully guard and nurture our reputation for honesty, integrity and quality. We place our clients best interests at heart. Members of Wade & Lowe are active in local and state bar associations as well as trade and industry associations. A number of our attorneys have been elected to the American Board of Trial Advocates, a nationwide organization whose criteria for membership include extensive trial experience, and excellence in the courtroom and the respect of their peers. The firm was recently known as Crandall, Wade & Lowe until founding partner, James L. Crandall was appointed a judge for the Orange County Superior Court.

Richard Miller is a Partner and has been an attorney with the firm since 1991. While in law school, he was a law clerk for a municipal Court Judge for two years.
Mr. Miller has tried numerous cases including product liability cases, catastrophic brain injury case, numerous automobile warranty cases and numerous motor vehicle accident injury cases. He has tried over 40 jury trials and several bench trials.
Mr. Miller has also handled numerous Business & Professional Code Â§17200 claims, employment claims, and unfair competition claims.
Richard W. Miller is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, Association of Southern California Defense Counsel and is admitted to practice before the State of California, Federal Courts of Southern Central and Northern District and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
