Anthony J. Viorst graduated Phi Beta Kappa from George Washington University and went on to receive his juris doctorate from Georgetown University in 1987, where he also served as editor for the Georgetown Law Journal. He has written articles on medical malpractice for The Colorado Lawyer and Trial, the magazine of the American Association for Justice. Colorado Trial Lawyers' Association chose his case Preston v. Dupont, 35 P.3d 433 (Colo. 2001) as "Case of the Year, 2001".

Mr. Viorst brings over fifteen years of criminal law experience to the practice. He spent ten years in the Public Defenders Office and has tried over 100 cases, from DUI to murder. Mr. Viorst concentrates his practice in personal injury, medical malpractice, criminal defense and civil/criminal appeals.
