Norberto has held numerous leadership roles in the legal field, including Chairman of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, President of the George C. Young Inn of Court, President of the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association, Chairman of the Family Law Committee of the Orange County Bar Association and as a Founding Member and first President of the Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida. He has also lectured at seminars on Family Law and was the first Judicial Hearing Officer in Florida to be selected as a Track Leader for Family Law for the Advanced Judicial Studies program for Florida's judiciary.
