Our workers' compensation attorneys are Board Certified by the Florida Bar. Board Certification is The Florida Barâs highest level of evaluation of the competency and experience of attorneys. In order to be Board Certified, the attorneys must meet the standards prescribed by the Florida Supreme Court. Only six to seven percent of eligible Florida Bar attorneys are Board Certified.
Brian P. Vassallo was born in South Florida. He received his BS degree from Florida State University and his law degree from Stetson College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida. Brian P. Vassallo was admitted to practice law in Florida in 1998. He is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Workers' Compensation. He helps individuals in the areas of Workers Compensation, Social Security Disability, Personal Injury, Real Property, Wills and Trusts, Business Formation, and General Litigation.
Mr. Vassallo is a member of the Florida Bar, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, the United States District Court for the Southern District, and the Workers' Compensation section of the Florida Bar. He was a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR). Brian P. Vassallo has lectured at Workers' Compensation seminars and Social Security Disability seminars.
Brian Vassallo also has experience as an owner and operator of several quick service restaurants. During his tenure as a Franchisee, Mr. Vassallo was a member of the District Advisory Committee, Regional Advisory Committee, and Profitability Committee. He is also active in community and supports several charities. Brian is a former member of the board of directors for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Palm Beach County. Mr. Vassallo is currently a member of the Advisory Council for Save the Chimps, Inc. – the largest chimpanzee sanctuary in the world.
