I will work with you to make sure your loved ones have clear instructions from you as to your wishes if you are incapacitated and the disposition of your assets after you are gone. My goal is to assist families in their time of grief and to make sure that your wishes are carried out without confusion or conflict.

Making sure heirs can inherit any home, business, savings or investments that you might have is probably an important goal for you. It is my goal to make sure you can do it with a minimum of effort, confusion and expense. When heirs are in debt, divorced, in business or have special needs, steps must be taken to ensure that your estate does not end up in the wrong hands.
