Many businesses and entrepreneurs in need of legal services feel they only have two choices: retain a large law firm with billing structures designed solely with an eye on the firmâs bottom line, or take their chances on an unproven attorney.
The Long Law Group was formed in 2009 to provide savvy, yet budget-conscious, clients with a third way: sophisticated legal counsel from business attorneys with extensive experience in both business and the law, designed to provide clients of all sizes with stellar legal services at an efficient price.
Our focus is being a valued member of your team. We listen to you, understand your needs, and then offer you advice based on our understanding of your needs, your business, your industry and the law. Our attorneys measure the success of each deal or case by noting if your goals and objectives were met.

Our business and corporate practice represents clients ranging from individual entrepreneurs to start-ups to middle market companies. We partner with our clients to offer careful planning at all stages of a business lifecycle.
Our practice encompasses the following areas: Entertainment, Business & Corporate, Civil Litigation, and Employment.
Our attorneys provide sophisticated business advice to in-house counsel and act as outside general counsel for clients who want regular access to attorneys but do not need a full-time, in-house attorney.
As outside general counsel, we get to know our clients, their business, their employees, their products or services, and their industry. We are available to attend board meetings, company training sessions, and meetings with senior management. With this level of engagement, if a legal issue arises, we know the context in which it arises and can advise clients accordingly.
In addition to advising clients on day-to-day transactional matters and concerns, we also counsel clients on forming and structuring limited liability companies, corporations, domestic joint ventures, and partnerships.
Our multifaceted entertainment and sports practice provides transactional legal counsel across a variety of matters, including talent representation; motion picture, television and new media development; production; distribution and licensing; private equity investment; and strategic corporate counsel. We also serve as outside production counsel on film projects.
Our Labor & Employment practice involves protecting the rights of employers and employees, working with clients to avoid costly conflicts and resolve challenging disputes. Our practice comprises all areas of the employer/employee relationship.
With our litigation practice, we represent clients of all sizes from a variety of industries in class actions, intellectual property disputes, labor and employment matters, internal investigations, and other general business disputes, such as breach of contract and unfair business practices.
