Desi Tobias

Desi Tobias is a graduate of The University of Alabama and the Cumberland School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor in 1987. Desi was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1987 and the Alabama State Bar in 1989.

More than 30 years ago, he began his law career serving with the Florida Attorney General in Tallahassee, Fla. In 1989, he returned to his hometown of Mobile, Ala. to begin practicing law with an insurance defense firm. Since 1995, Desi's practice has focused exclusively on the representation of injured victims. During his career, he has tried more than 100 civil bench and jury trials.

A graduate of McGill-Toolen High School, Desi attended Washington and Lee University prior to The University of Alabama. He has served on the McGill-Toolen Catholic High School Advisory Board and the St. Mary School Advisory Board.

Jason McCormick plays a lead role in achieving exceptional results on behalf of clients at Tobias, McCormick & Comer. As a licensed attorney for the last two decades, he has dedicated his career to serving the Mobile, Ala. community.

Bryan E. Comer

An Alabama native, Bryan Comer and his family have close ties to the local community. In his role as a Partner at Tobias, McCormick & Comer, he helps lead the firm's practice with more than a decade of litigation experience focused on wrongful death, trucking accidents, products liability, class actions, medical negligence, and personal injury.

Bryan earned his Juris Doctor from The University of Alabama School of Law. While in Tuscaloosa as an undergrad, Bryan was a member of JASONS and Phi Beta Kappa, graduating magna cum laude. In law school, he was awarded the George Peach Taylor Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy and served as an Associate Justice on the Honor Court.

Desi Tobias

Desi Tobias is a graduate of The University of Alabama and the Cumberland School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor in 1987. Desi was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1987 and the Alabama State Bar in 1989.

More than 30 years ago, he began his law career serving with the Florida Attorney General in Tallahassee, Fla. In 1989, he returned to his hometown of Mobile, Ala. to begin practicing law with an insurance defense firm.
