-Workers' compensation

The attorneys and staff of our firm all share a commitment to the pursuit of justice for our clients. We take great pride in helping accident victims and others who have had their rights trampled upon in obtaining compensation for their injuries.

Holding large corporations & insurance companies accountable

Our practice centers largely on bringing claims against large corporations and insurance companies for their responsibility in connection with accidents, wrongful deaths, and injuries.
We are not intimidated by a bigger adversary. Over 25 years of experience has given us the confidence and legal skills necessary to help our clients achieve compensation for their damages.

Experienced trial lawyers

Our firm comprises skilled and experienced trial attorneys. Rick Hall, by himself, has over 25 years of trial litigation experience. While many cases can be settled out of court, many cases require us to go court to obtain justice. We do not want our clients to settle unnecessarily for much less money than they deserve.
Trust in our strength and experience to obtain the compensation you deserve for your injuries and damages.

Because justice matters

We practice law because we believe in the American justice system. Our goal is to protect your rights. If you feel that your rights have been trampled upon, or you have been victimized by the negligence of others, we are willing to fight for you and go to court if necessary. We stand up to fight against those injustices for every client that walks through our doors.
