Judge Bill Bass, Texas 12th Court of Appeals, from 1991 to 1994. He then joined the Norman Law Firm, Jacksonville, Texas where he was a partner. In 2009, Mr. Day with his Baylor Law School classmate, Michael P. Wallace, formed the Law Offices of Day & Wallace.
