Tom Dickerson

Thomas J. Dickerson was born in St. Louis, Missouri and raised in Overland Park, Kansas. He graduated from the University of Kansas with his undergraduate degree in Political Science. Mr. Dickerson obtained his Juris Doctorate from Creighton University School of Law where he was a member of the Arbitration Team and Trial Team. While at Creighton University School of Law, Mr. Dickerson, along with Ms. Dickerson, won the annual Creighton University School of Law Trial Competition. He was also a regional semifinalist in the American Association for Justice’s National Student Advocacy Trial Competition. Mr. Dickerson started doing litigation work when he was only 19 years old, working for four years at the firm of South & Associates, P.C., in Overland Park, Kansas before attending law school. During that time period and in his later work at South & Associates, Mr. Dickerson made important contributions to numerous legal victories for clients of South. Mr. Dickerson also clerked at the law firm of Dornan, Lustgarten, & Troia in Omaha, Nebraska. Mr. Dickerson has extensive experience handling all aspects of litigation and is admitted to practice in State and Federal Courts in Kansas.
