Ismail has assisted clients acquire or sell over forty million dollars ($40,000,000.00) worth of skilled nursing facility or other health care related assets.
Likewise, Ismail counsels clients in general business planning transactions, including entity formation/selection, mergers & acquisitions, securities and tax planning. Furthermore, Ismail has assisted publicly traded companies with Nevada Gaming Commission compliance and acquisition(s) of appropriate gaming licensure within the state of Nevada.

During his tenure as a litigator, Ismail has amassed considerable trial and arbitration experience. In particular, Ismail has been involved in over eighty (80) trials and arbitrations, across multiple jurisdictions, from the inception of his legal career. During his career, Ismail has litigated shareholder accounting disputes, commercial and breach of contract matters, complex developer defense litigation, commercial liability defense claims, employment defense matters and trademark/trade-dress infringement claims.
With respect to real estate experience, as a licensed real estate broker, Ismail brings unique insight, perspective and experience to any real estate deal. He understands the needs and objectives of businesses and entrepreneurs. Ismail has counseled developers, contractors and financiers throughout many acquisitions and financing of real estate. In particular, he has extensive experience in commercial and residential property acquisitions, defeasance financing transactions, IRC 1031 exchanges, subdivisions, construction and real estate litigation matters. He has represented lenders, mortgage brokers, real estate investment trusts, landlords and tenants in all aspects of the deal.

Finally, Ismail regularly counsels clients in various Intellectual Property issues. In particular, he has guided his clientele through the federal trademark registration process, including all aspects of Madrid Protocol Filings. He also regularly prepares intellectual property licensing agreements for high profile clientele.
Ismail graduated from the University of California, Irvine, earning a double major bachelor of arts in the disciplines of Political Science and International Relations. Thereafter, Ismail earned a Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University, School of Law wherein he received the American Jurisprudence Award for Real Estate Finance. Tenny C. Rostomian-Amin, Esq.

Tenny Amin is a Partner in the firm's Newport Beach, California office. She focuses her practice on general business litigation, including real estate and insurance coverage litigation as well as labor and employment matters. Ms. Amin also practices in the field of family law and heads the firms family law practice group.

Ms. Amin has represented real estate developers and general contractors in a wide array of litigation matters, ranging from commercial finance and development contract disputes to multimillion dollar construction defect actions. In the business realm, she has represented health care providers in service contract and employment disputes and private investors in joint venture enterprises and partnership dissolutions.

Ms. Amin has also provided clients with assistance in every area of family law, including divorce, child custody and child support, spousal support, division of property as well as prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements.

Saehwa Kang, Esq.

Saehwa Kang is a senior associate at the Irvine offices of The Amin Law Group. Her practice areas are focused on general business litigation and transactions.

Prior to joining the Amin Law Group, Ms. Kang ran a small law practice specializing in real estate transactions, estate planning, and corporate and non-profit formation. She is a former Deputy District Attorney, and has also worked as an in-house real estate attorney in the wireless consulting industry.

Ms. Kang graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Arts in Government. During her undergraduate career at Cornell, she was on the Dean's List and also studied abroad in Seoul, Korea at Yonsei University where she studied international law and government. In 2005, Ms. Kang earned her Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine School of Law. She is also the recipient of a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution. During her tenure at Pepperdine, she studied international business law in London, United Kingdom, at Pepperdine's London Program and completed a corporate externship at Hogan Lovells, f.k.a. Katherine Vescera, Esq.

Katherine Vescera is a junior associate at the Irvine the Irvine offices of the Amin Law Group, Ltd.

Prior to joining the Amin Law Group, Ms. Vescera worked as an associate at a firm specializing in real estate and business litigation.

Ms. Vescera graduated with Honors from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in International Political Economy and Slavic Languages and Literatures. During her undergraduate career, Ms. Vescera was a Dean's Honor Student and studied abroad at the International University in Moscow, Russia. In 2012, Ms. Vescera graduated magna cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law with her Juris Doctorate and a Certificate in International Law. Additionally, in 2012 Ms. Vescera also earned a Masters in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law. Lawrence E. Kulp, Esq.

Mr. Kulp has practiced law since 1980. He is admitted to practice in Nevada, where he resides with his family in Las Vegas, and is also a member of the Michigan and Colorado bars. Mr. Kulp recently retired from the prestigious Las Vegas real estate and business law firm of Deaner, Deaner, Scann, Malan & Larsen, but he continues to practice law as a sole practitioner.

Mr. Kulp began his college education at the University of Texas, Austin. This was interrupted by an 11-year stint in the Navy, but during that time he completed his undergraduate work on a Navy scholarship at the University of Colorado, Boulder, earning a B.A. in chemistry in 1972. Mr. Kulp had begun his naval career as an enlisted man, serving as a nuclear reactor operator aboard the fast-attack submarine Skipjack; but he was later commissioned, serving as an engineering officer aboard the ammunition ship Mount Hood. After returning to civilian life, Mr. Kulp attended the University of Denver College of Law, where he earned his J.D. in 1980. Since that time, he has practiced law in a variety of settings, from sole practitioner, to in-house corporate counsel, to law firm associate.

Mr. Kulp learned his basic litigation and trial skills from the late Jon Holm, who was a prominent trial attorney in Denver. Mr. Kulp's practice later focused on corporation and business law when he was employed as general counsel and corporate secretary for several Denver-based enterprises.

He gained his most valuable experience with Deaner, Deaner, Scann, Malan & Larsen, where his mentor was Charles Deaner, known as the "dean of Nevada real estate lawyers." While at the Deaner law firm, Mr. Kulp's practice concentrated on real estate and business litigation, as well as appeals.

Mr. Kulp has also taught several continuing legal education seminars in real estate law, including such topics as land use regulations, title insurance, and land access and egress issues.

Mr. Kulp came to Las Vegas in 1990 with his wife, Loretta, and is fortunate to have his daughter and three grandchildren living nearby. He is an avid golfer, music lover, and pipe organ dilettante.

David W. Nance, Esq.

Mr. Nance has a general practice with special focus on all aspects of the Internet, media and entertainment law, including trademark and copyright registration, commercial law, civil litigation and lobbying. He has over ten years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in Europe, South America and the US; eight years of experience in litigation and administrative hearings; and over six years of first-chair jury trial experience in intellectual property law, condemnation, administrative law and construction law.

Mr. Nance speaks fluent English, German, Spanish and conversational Polish and French, having earned a bachelor's degree in German and Spanish from the University of Texas at Austin in 1990 and a J.D. in civil and common law from Loyola University School of Law, New Orleans in 1996, including a semester at the University of Vienna School of Law.
