Thaler Law Firm returns phone calls and provides bankruptcy law assistance at an affordable price. With over 35 years of experience, Mr .Thaler and his staff will guide you through the process of how you can wipe out debts and retain your property.
The firm's practice is limited to only bankruptcy related matters.
Founding Member of the firm, Andrew Thaler has practiced bankruptcy law for over 36 years. In that time he has represented numerous debtors. He has also served as a chapter 7 panel trustee since 1990 administering bankruptcy cases. In his roles as both an attorney and a panel trustee Mr. Thaler has handled well over 30,000 chapter 7 bankruptcy cases.
Mr. Thaler has been assigned Martindale Hubbell's highest AV rating and been named to the New York Metro Super Lawyers lists as one of the top attorneys in New York every year since 2012 in Bankruptcy & Creditor/Debtor Rights. No more than 5 percent of the lawyers in the state are selected for Super Lawyers.
The firm, and its staff, including Dawn Migliore, a senior and highly skilled bankruptcy paralegal of over 17 years, and Spiros Avramidis, an experienced associate who was on St. John's Law Review, work as a team. Personalized and caring service, from the initial consultation through the granting of discharge of debts is the norm. Everyone at the firm strives to make the client as comfortable as possible during this difficult time in their lives.
Each client's facts are unique to them. No two cases are exactly the same. Mr. Thaler personally interviews every client and undertakes an analysis of all the facts and applicable law in formulating the proper path for the client, including non-bankruptcy options. Personalized, and not "cookie cutter", service is the hallmark of our firm and what separates the firm from our other law firms.
Clients are educated so they understand the entire bankruptcy process as it relates to them. This ensures that every client is capable of making an informed decision in selecting the best course they feel most comfortable taking.
Communication is the most important aspect in a healthy attorney-client relationship. Only through an open channel of communication can an attorney understand the client's problems and the client feel assured that they are receiving proper advice. Client phone calls are promptly returned and client questions answered.
No case is too simple or complex for us to handle.
