Firm Overview

We work daily with clients who are facing difficult personal and legal challenges. We take pride in our ability to help our clients and take our responsibility as legal advocates very seriously.

We understand that the outcome of your case may have a significant impact on you and your family. When we choose to take a case, we do so with an understanding of what is at stake and a deep sense of commitment to the client we serve.

Seeking Maximum Compensation for Accident Victims
Our goal is to help you put your life together by maximizing your recovery. We are committed to vigorously pursuing the full compensation our clients are entitled to receive.

We have a strong record of results in a broad range or personal injury claims, including motor vehicle accident claims, work injury claims, construction site and work injury claims, aviation accidents, product liability, premises liability and other general negligence claims.

True Trial Attorneys
First and foremost, we are a trial law firm. While many personal injury claims are ultimately resolved by some form of settlement agreement, we have extensive trial experience and we try cases routinely to preserve the rights of our clients. When an insurance company refuses to make a fair settlement, we are willing and fully prepared to take it to court.

We believe that every person facing a difficult legal challenge is entitled to a vigorous advocacy. To give our clients the best chance to obtain full compensation for their injuries, we take time to prepare each case thoroughly for the possibility of trial. We take time to investigate the cause of accidents, understand the severity of our clients' injuries, gather key evidence and prepare a compelling case for our clients.
