Stuckert and Yates has been serving Newtown, Pennsylvania and Bucks County community since 1902, when the law firm was founded by William R. Stuckert. In 1956, Sidney T. Yates, commenced his practice with William R. Stuckert. Since then, Stuckert and Yates has expanded its very active practice to its present complement of lawyers. Stuckert and Yates is located in the heart of the business district of Newtown Borough. In 1998, the firm completed a move to its newly-renovated building at Two North State Street. From this location, Stuckert and Yates continues to be an active and vital member of the area's legal and commercial community. Don F. Marshall is a partner with Stuckert and Yates, having worked there since 1973. He is a 1968 graduate of Pennsylvania State University and a 1973 graduate of the Dickinson School of Law. He devotes his practice primarily to land use, real estate, estate planning and estate administration work with additional areas of interest in banking, small business and corporate work. He is a past member of the Corporate Board of George School, a member of the Corporate Board of Pennswood Village, a Trustee of the Knights of Pythias, Defiance Lodge, Newtown, a Corporate Board Member of the Newtown Cemetery Association and a Member of the Advisory Board of the Newtown Community Foundation. Additionally, Don is a past Director of the Bucks County Bar Association, past President of the Washington Crossing Rotary Club and a Member of a number of civic, fraternal and charitable organizations. He is married and has one son and two granddaughters and for the past several years has served as managing partner of Stuckert and Yates.
Mr. Danese has been an attorney with the law firm of Stuckert and Yates in Newtown, Pennsylvania for almost four decades, since 1973. A 1968 graduate of Duquesne University School of Law, and a 1965 graduate of Norwich University, Richard Danese, Jr. also received his LLM in taxation from Georgetown University in 1972. He is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Bucks County Bar Associations. He is also active in the Bucks County Estate Planning Council.
Richard Danese, Jr. was born and raised on a farm in Rosemont, Hunterdon County, New Jersey, and is a graduate of Hunterdon Central High School (class of 1961). He lives with his wife, Linda, in New Hope, Pennsylvania. Richard was a captain in the US Army Judge Advocate General Corp and spent four (4) years on active duty.
Mr. Danese concentrates his practice of law in the areas of Wills, Trusts, and other aspects of Estate Planning, as well as Probate and Estate Administration, Commercial and Residential Real Estate transactions, and Corporations and Commercial Transactions.
Mr. Sailer first started his practice of law with Stuckert and Yates in 1981. Prior to joining Stuckert and Yates, Mr. Sailer served for one year as judicial law clerk to the Honorable William Hart Rufe, III, Judge of the Bucks County (PA) Court of Common Pleas. Mr. Sailer is a 1977 graduate of Lafayette College and graduated from The Dickinson School of Law in 1980. He enjoys active membership in the Bucks County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice.
Mr. Sailer concentrates his practice in civil trial work in both state and federal court. Mr. Sailer applies his problem solving skills in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, construction disputes, employment discrimination and commercial disputes.
Mr. Sailer lives with his wife, Kathy, in Washington Crossing, Pennsylvania. Mr. Sailer has three children and one grandson. His community involvement includes three three year terms as an elder of his church, active participation on the board of directors of two separate homeowners associations and charitable organizations and membership and participation in local service organizations. Mr. Sailer also was actively involved in different capacities in local youth athletic leagues.
Mr. Brown has been an attorney with the law firm of Stuckert and Yates in Newtown, Pennsylvania since 1985. A 1984 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and a 1981 graduate of Bucknell University, Keith Brown is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, and Bucks County Bar Associations. He is also active in the Bucks County Estate Planning Council.
Mr. Brown concentrates his practice of law in the areas of Wills, Trusts, and other aspects of Estate Planning, as well as Probate and Estate Administration, Commercial and Residential Real Estate transactions, and Corporations and Commercial Transactions. He is a multiple-year honoree in the Five Star Professional rating program for Estate Planning.
Keith Brown was born and raised in the Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania area and is a graduate of Lower Moreland High School (class of 1977). He lives with his wife, Barbara, in Newtown, Pennsylvania, and has two adult children. His community involvement includes serving as an elder at First Baptist Church of Newtown at Grace Point, and as an advisor to or member of the boards of the Newtown Community Foundation, the Newtown Business and Professional Association, First Night Newtown, Inc., Christian Legal Clinics of Philadelphia, Inc., and Transformed by Grace, Inc.
Donna J. Wengiel is a partner with Stuckert and Yates. She has a widely-respected practice with an extensive background in the following types of matters: wills, trusts, estate planning and estate administration, commercial and residential real estate transactions, and business and commercial transactions for small to medium sized companies.
Donna is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Bucks County Bar Associations. In addition, Donna serves as a director of the Bucks County Estate Planning Council and as a director and officer of The First National Bank and Trust Company of Newtown. Donna is the current solicitor for the Middle Bucks Area Vocational Technical School Authority.
Donna is a 1991 graduate of Villanova University School of Law and was named by the readers of the Bucks County Courier Times "Best Attorney for 2012".
Jessica L. VanderKam is a partner with Stuckert & Yates, and has been with us since 2010. She received her law degree from Penn State Dickinson School of Law in 2008, and her B.A. at Michigan State University in 2005.
Jessica has served as the Law Clerk to three Bucks County Court of Common Pleas judges: the Honorable David W. Heckler, the Honorable Wallace H. Bateman, Jr., and the Honorable Robert O. Baldi. During her time as a Law Clerk, she has assisted the bench in all aspects of a variety of issues before the Court, including those that arise from family law, civil litigation, dependency court, and criminal court. Ms. VanderKam has also has experience in business and commercial transactions, employment law, tax, and estate planning from her time with a Washington, D.C. law firm.

Jessica is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and practices primarily in Bucks County and Montgomery County in the areas of orphan's court litigation, business/commercial transactions and litigation, family law, real estate transactions, estate planning, criminal and juvenile court, and land use.
Stephanie L. Sikora has been an associate with Stuckert & Yates since 2012. She received her law degree from the William & Mary Marshall-Wythe School of Law in Williamsburg, Virginia, where she served as a Graduate Research Fellow and was the Managing Editor of the William & Mary Journal of Women and the Law. Ms. Sikora received her Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from Temple University in 2007, where she majored in history and political science. Ms. Sikora is a native of Newtown and a graduate of Council Rock High School North (2003). She and her husband currently live in Ewing, New Jersey.
Prior to joining Stuckert and Yates, Ms. Sikora served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable James M. McMaster of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas. As a law clerk, Ms. Sikora assisted the bench concerning the variety of issues that came before the court, including those arising from family law and domestic relations issues, criminal matters, civil matters, and matters arising from the Orphans' Court, including guardianships, parental rights issues, and estate issues.
Ms. Sikora is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is also a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Bucks County Bar Associations, and she serves on the Advisory Committee of the Young Lawyers' Division of the Bucks County Bar Association. Ms. Sikora also serves on the Board of Directors of the Bucks County YWCA.
Ms. Sikora is currently developing her practice, which includes the areas of business and commercial transactions and litigation, business and non-profit formation and administration, estate and long-term care planning, family law and criminal matters including DUI and traffic tickets.
