Attorney Thomas D. Stockland received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (1983) and his Juris Doctorate law degree (1986) from the University of Arkansas. Mr. Stockland went on to earn a Master of Laws in Taxation (1987) from Georgetown University.
Mr. Stockland represents businesses in every phase of their existence, from business formation to business succession planning. Mr. Stockland assists businesses with transactions in employment, real estate, and contractual matters, and represents companies in commercial litigation actions ranging from loans and collections to shareholder derivative suits. Mr. Stockland also performs estate planning services, including drafting wills and trusts and assisting clients with probate and estate administration and estate-related litigation.
Mr. Stockland is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit, the U.S. District Courts for both the Eastern and Western districts of Arkansas, and the U.S. Tax Court.
