Stites Law LLP

Traffic Tickets

Full-service traffic law firm, handling traffic court, DMV hearings, administrative hearings including OATH and the TLC, and driving-related criminal offenses such as DUI's and operating with a suspended license.

Stites Law LLP brings 31 years of experience to the many traffic courts of New York State. But to our attorneys, this is much more than a job. It's a passion. Steven Stites did not plan on becoming a full-time traffic lawyer. He worked in politics for most of his professional life before catching on as a traffic attorney. For the next four years, Steve personally managed the largest caseload of any New York traffic attorney, often appearing on over 100 traffic tickets in a given day. In January 2018, he merged with a former colleague to form Stites Law LLP. Steve cares about his clients. If you call the office, you will receive a consultation with him. If you have a concern about your case, he will personally call you back. And once hired, he will fight for you as hard as he can. To Steve, this is what separates a good traffic attorney from a great one. All traffic lawyers know the law. The best ones succeed because they pour their hearts into their work and their clients. Steve knows that your driver's license is critical to you. For millions of New Yorkers, a valid driver's license means the ability to work, to earn a living and support one's family. If a taxi driver has his license suspended, he cannot pay the rent. If a bus driver has her license suspended, she cannot feed her children. This work matters to you, and it matters to Steve. You are invited to call our office for a free consultation to discuss your traffic matter and how we can help you.

* Nolo has confirmed that every member attorney has a valid license and is in good standing with the state agency that licenses lawyers. Any past disbarments and suspensions (with possible exceptions for minor violations or nonpayment of dues, in our discretion) will be indicated accordingly in the badge. Member attorneys are required to notify Nolo immediately if they become the subject of any disciplinary action by any state licensing agency.
