We represent individual and institutional sellers, buyers, and lenders in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate transactions; we handle the transactions from drafting the contract through the closing.

Commercial & Residential Mortgage Foreclosures:
We have more than 25 years experience representing institutional lenders in mortgage foreclosure actions, both residential and commercial; we handle these cases quickly and efficiently; we are experienced in enforcing assignment of rents clauses in mortgages on income producing property, as well as appointing receivers to manage income producing property during the pendency of a foreclosure action; on several occasions, Mr. Lee has been qualified as an expert on mortgage foreclosure procedure, and has testified regarding foreclosure procedure in State Courts in Florida.

Preparation of Condominium Documents/ Condominium Collection Work:
We have handled the establishment of dozens of condominium developments over the years, preparing the prospectus, declaration of condominium and all accompanying documentation to create a condominium in the State of Florida; our law firm handles both new construction and the conversion of multi-family housing to the condonminium form of ownership; we also assist condominium assocations collecting on past due maintenance and assessments, including filing and foreclosing condominium claims of lien.

Secured Creditor Bankruptcy Relief:
We regularly represent the interests of secured lenders in bankrupty court, including, but not limited to, filing proofs of claim and obtaining stay relief.

Miscellaneous Real Estate Litigation:
We handle real estate related litigation, including, but not limited to title claims work, suits for breach of real estate contracts, quiet title actions, boundary disputes, ejectment actions, evictions, suits for breach of lease agreements, and receiverships.

Mortgage Law:
We provide legal advice to clients on lending and borrowing in transactions secured by real estate mortgages.

Issuing Title Insurance, handling Title Claims:
We are authorized title agents for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company; we issue title insurance polices for owners and lenders, and are also experienced in resolving title problems and defending title insurance claims
