Firm Overview

At Steinger, Greene & Feiner we are a proven legal team whose number one goal is to get South Florida injury victims every dollar they truly deserve. We specialize in all vehicular accidents; auto, motorcycle, truck, bicycle, pedestrian and boat as well as dog bites, slip and fall, birth injuries, brain and catastrophic injuries and wrongful death.

Founding Partner Michael Steinger was the first member of his family to graduate college. Steinger attended Arizona State University for his undergraduate degree, and Southwestern University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate in 1993. Since the creation of the personal injury law firm, Steinger, Greene & Feiner has never represented an insurance company or large corporation, and Michael Steinger vows to keep this promise.

Michael Steinger was one of the first lawyers in South Florida to advertise for personal injury cases on television and billboards.

In 2008, the law firm expanded to the very competitive markets of Fort Lauderdale and Miami. After securing office space in Coral Gables and Ft. Lauderdale, the reputation of the firm grew. Currently, 15 personal injury lawyers work from these two locations. Michael A. Feiner was made managing partner and oversees these offices, assisting the attorneys with their cases.

Michael Feiner is a great asset to the growing firm, having handled all types of personal injury and wrongful death cases on behalf of plaintiffs, including automobile negligence, premises liability, medical malpractice, product liability, dog bites, and sexual harassment. It was his product liability case against Microsoft, as well as his representation of victims of sexual harassment and abuse by physicians, that brought him to the attention of the founders of the firm.

In April of 2016, Steinger, Greene & Feiner was rated the #1 Top Workplace in South Florida by the Sun Sentinel. With nearly 150 employees and four offices in Florida, the law firm ranked as the No. 1 small employer in South Florida in the Sun Sentinel's Top Workplaces project for 2016.

Today, Steinger, Greene & Feiner has grown to over 35 attorneys and 150 employees in 4 offices. The legal team at Steinger, Greene & Feiner works relentlessly to fight insurance companies on behalf of injured victims and recover the most for their clients. Michael Steinger's founding philosophy is embedded into the firm's culture: "We are here every day together, day-in and day-out, working diligently for our clients, so enjoying what you do and who you work with is of utmost importance. Having consistency in staff is the key to being able to follow through on cases, giving clients the best chance for recovery."

Example cases:
$13 MILLION Settlement for a bicyclist hit and injured by a car.
$11.5 MILLION Settlement for catastrophic auto accident.
