There she excelled academically by making the Dean's List of distinguished students. In 2011, Atousa received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center and has been a licensed attorney in Texas since November 2011. Atousa joined Talabi & Associates, P.C. as an associate in 2012. She remained with the firm for almost five years where she gained extensive experience practicing in the areas of personal injury, immigration, and family law. At Talabi & Associates, Atousa successfully handled several auto accidents and premises liability claims at various stages. She then joined Lemon Law Group Partners, representing Plaintiffs in consumer litigation matters including breach of warranty and Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act cases, Deceptive Trade Practices Act, and general vehicle warranty litigation.
At Sierra Legal Group, Atousa continues her civil practice focusing on Personal injury law. She takes a persuasive and dedicated approach to maximize her clients' recovery and ensures personal injury victims and their families are "made whole" again. Her background in psychology allows her to positively relate and comfort her clients throughout the difficult litigation process. As an experienced personal injury attorney, Atousa has the practical insight to meet whatever challenges may arise in her cases and takes steps necessary to obtain a successful result for her clients.
