Attorney David Shuster has been assisting clients with bankruptcy and other financial and legal matters in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex for over 15 years.
David Shuster is a native Texan, born and raised in Arlington, studied Economics at UNT, then law in Fort Worth at Texas A & M University School of Law, and has been a member in good standing with State Bar of Texas since November of 2002. Beginning his legal career at a Dallas firm, he helped defend product liability and personal injury cases, then left to start Shuster Law Firm, in 2005 focusing on Bankruptcy and Personal Injury law. He then partnered with former law school classmates, Jared Julian and Michael Crowder for 10 years at Julian, Crowder & Shuster before returning his own practice, Shuster Law, PLLC.
David lives with his wife and two daughters in Lantana, Texas. His passion is not restricted to law and family, and to balance his focus, he enjoys running and cycling, and has completed 17 Ironman competitions (2.4 mile swim / 112 mile bike / 26.2 mile run). David takes an outlook of extreme gratefulness for opportunities afforded, and at the top of the list is working hard as an advocate for other good, hard-working people who need legal guidance, utilizing the law to help others.
