How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

Seeking justice for every American is what our firm believes is the simple way to state what we stand for. Our resolve for justice of anyone accused of a crime is unmatched, with a determination on a case by case basis, to obtain the very best results possible for our clients.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others

We offer lower cost flat fees, work with clients on payment plans, and understand completely the hardships they go through during the criminal prosecution process. Because of this, many, if not most of our fees are less than would be paid into the court system, saving our clients money and adding value for our services.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

We work to level the playing field with the vast resources of the government, and provide outstanding legal advice, representation, and results to clients accused of state and federal crimes throughout Oklahoma.

We appreciate the importance of defending the rights of the accused, and use all available means to ensure that our clients receive high caliber legal representation and access to justice. Our clients come from all walks of life and need a law firm staffed by experienced, creative criminal defense lawyers who get results. We have earned an outstanding reputation in Oklahoma criminal law circles through hard work and experience, and are known for our efforts to repair an often-unjust criminal justice system.

From The Moment You Call... We Will Begin To Work On Your Behalf.

In addition to an acute understanding of Oklahoma criminal law and procedure, we also have learned that communication is sometimes half the battle when representing clients accused of crimes. Clients need to know where they stand at all times, so that they can properly consider all of their options.

At our firm, we strive to always be approachable, responsive, efficient, and effective. We maintain flexible office hours, respond promptly to telephone calls, and keep clients personally informed of the status of their case.
