He approaches the case very professionally and puts sincere effort into finding the best resolution. He and his legal team have handled two cases for us, both successfully and efficiently. In summary, Scott and his team are highly recommended." Client comment courtesy of Mr. Pollock's AVVO profile.

"After living in the US for over 10 years I finally have obtained a work permit, a driver's license, and a social security card! I met with several attorneys before Scott D Pollock and I was informed by all of them that I was not a good candidate for submitting a DACA application as I had entered the US as a child went back to Mexico as a teenager and then re-entered the US as an adult. Luckily, Scott D Pollock accepted my case and with the help of his outstanding assistant Sue Gerber my DACA application was approved! I am now allowed to work and drive legally in the US for the first time in my life. My family and I could not be more pleased with the prompt, professional, and effective service provided by Scott D Pollock and his staff." Client comment courtesy of Mr. Pollock's AVVO profile.

"My case was very complex. A work based green card for main petitioner and dependents which included dealing with dual citizenship, post 9/11 NSEERS program, and more severe personal forks in the road. The outcome of our case was not promising; deportation was certainly a possibility. Mr. Pollock's dedication, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and refuse to give up attitude made it possible for us to be granted permanent resident status (Green Card) and achieve peace of mind. Each member of his staff are a breath of fresh air. They were extremely patient and treated me with much empathy. I would recommend Mr. Pollock to anyone who has any kind of dealings with immigration. Priority date 05/2002 Green card granted 07/2011." Client comment courtesy of Mr. Pollock's AVVO profile.

"We had to go to Poland for our interview. The first one did not go well. We were missing very important paper because of ours previous lawyer mistake. Our case was sent back to US, while we were stuck in Poland waiting for response from USCIS. When we finally got it the answer our lawyer left us hanging. Mr. Scott was our only chance. He pulls our response to USCIS in less than two weeks. He had worked even holidays and Sundays staying on top of everything. He is excellent very knowledgeable and really care about his clients, very good communication his whole team is great. If it would be not for him we would not be back in US now with the GC in our hands. Because of his excellent work our 2nd interview went smoothly. Thank you again" Client comment courtesy of Mr. Pollock's AVVO profile.

"My petition for adjustment of status for my wife and daughter was denied for reasons I will never understand. My faith in the American justice system was shaken to the core. Scott Pollock and his law firm restored my faith in the system. His tenacity and application of the law was the difference. My wife and daughter now have their green cards and our family is together and safe. My heartfelt thanks for your excellent work, brilliant strategy and professional resolve in winning our case and saving our family. I would like to give my highest recommendation to any and all people who need a legal advocate to fight for you with intelligence and resolve. I cannot imagine anyone doing a better service than Scott Pollock, Christina Murdoch and the rest of the excellent staff at Scott Pollock & Associates." Her organizational skills and attention to detail are exemplary." Client comment courtesy of Ms. Weber's AVVO profile.

She kept us informed of our options and the best route to take and also took into account our feelings. She helped us when every attorney we talked to before her told us it was a lost cause. Kathryn helped keep my fianc in the country and without her, he would have been deported. If you need an immigration attorney, I wouldn't go to anyone BUT her." Christina J. Murdoch

Ms. Murdoch concentrates her practice in the following areas:
-Employment based immigration
-Federal court practice
-Appeals
-Family-based immigration
-Naturalization
-Waivers of inadmissibility

Ms. Murdoch joined the firm in 2007. She graduated from the University of Michigan Law School, cum laude, where she was an articles editor for the Michigan Journal of International Law. From 2005-07, she was employed as a staff attorney at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, where she worked on numerous immigration and other appellate matters. While in law school, she also worked for the regional office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Washington, D.C. She received her A.B. degree with honors in English literature from the University of Chicago.

In November 2010, Ms. Murdoch published an article in the CBA Record, a publication of the Chicago Bar Association, titled The Danger of Motor-Voter Laws.

Here's what Ms. Murdoch's clients are saying about her

"Attorney Murdoch is a very talented immigration attorney; I am lucky to hire her to work on my case! I am a staff member (not involved much in teaching or researching) working for a public university, the university wont sponsor a staff member like me to apply for a green card application. Without the sponsorship of an employer; the only choice for me is to apply for EB1-A, which requires me to demonstrate national/international claim as well as reaching the very top of my field. Knowing my case is very edgy, I spent a lot of time to search for a good lawyer and found attorney Murdoch. She is experienced, patient and talented. Highly recommended!" Client comment courtesy of Ms. Murdoch's AVVO profile.

"Christina was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in her preparation of my case. She was up-to-date with the latest developments on the 10 year bar issue and helped my husband and I when other lawyers had shied away or not been able to help us.I found her to be extremely professional and she kept us informed at all stages of the process. She was prepared for every outcome of our green card hearing and we were so grateful to have her there to represent us and cover all the bases for us.I would highly recommend working with Christina, as we will again when I apply for my citizenship." Client comment courtesy of Ms. Murdoch's AVVO profile.

"I and my wife, a native of South America, retained Christina Murdoch and her firm for immigration advice after a bad experience with another attorney. I am an attorney myself, but do not practice immigration law. Christina provided us expert advice and knew precisely how to approach our problem. She was very prompt and professional in all of her work for us. Whereas we had spent two years with our former attorney with no end in sight, Christina resolved our problem in less than one year, government processing included. We highly recommend Christina for all immigration law issues." Client comment courtesy of Ms. Murdoch's AVVO profile.

"My petition for adjustment of status for my wife and daughter was denied for reasons I will never understand. My faith in the American justice system was shaken to the core. Scott Pollock and his law firm restored my faith in the system. His tenacity and application of the law was the difference.

I cannot imagine anyone doing a better service than Scott Pollock, Christina Murdoch and the rest of the excellent staff at Scott Pollock & Associates." "After living in the US for over 10 years I finally have obtained a work permit, a driver's license, and a social security card!

We had to be one of her first gay couples applying for immigration status change and it went very smooth and in fact the examiner stated the case was easy to decision because it was so well documented." "Anne took my Intense Asylum case in 2012. The efforts she is putting in her job is worth every second of your case. She handle my case was like she is me. All the detail and situation I was providing to her during my meets, she knew all the things before even I explained it. She is very knowledgeable in whatever she is doing. I have never been impressed that much like from her in my whole life. I will really recommend her to any person having trouble with immigration. She is worth of everything. She handle my case and with GOD blessing I won that case." Client comment courtesy of Ms. Relias' AVVO profile.

"When I came to Anne what I liked the most about her was her HONESTY. She evaluated the options and was just pure honest with my chances and options that I had at that time. She did keep me informed on a regular basis of the changing landscape of immigration laws. In my court case she fought hard to get my case dismissed. In short Anne really cares about her clients." Client comment courtesy of Ms. Relias' AVVO profile.

"After ten years in Chicago IL and six or seven lawyers, I finally found the most honest, hard-working, and knowledgeable immigration attorney around. Not even once did I ever feel that Ms. Relias tried to take advantage or me or the precarious situation that I was in (where several other attorneys with whom I worked did). I have already recommended her services to several of my friends and they feel the same way that I do. I recommend Ms. Relias in the most sincere and heartfelt way possible." Client comment courtesy of Ms. Relias' AVVO profile.

"Ms. Anne Relias is lawyer for my immigration case, I have been her client for almost two years, since I came to the USA. She has done very successfully progress on my case on a very short period of time. Ms Anne Relias began working on my case on 2011 and she made the progress very fast and my case was approved soon after I came here. So I consider Ms.Anne Relias, one of the best lawyer, I also want to say that I really appreciate her for the hard work that she has done on my case. I strongly recommend my friends to hire Ms Anne Relias when ever they need lawyer with any type of cases that she works. I also appreciate her team who worked with her on my case.

I cannot imagine anyone doing a better service than Scott Pollock, Christina Murdoch and the rest of the excellent staff at Scott Pollock & Associates."
