Workers Compensation

Worker's Compensation Lawyer Danville, IL

Worker's Compensation The firm concentrates its practice in worker's compensation matters. The principal areas of the firm's practice are in Danville, Decatur, Effingham, Mattoon, Springfield and Urbana, but the firm has handled cases as far south as Mt. Vernon and as far north as Rockford. Social Security Disability In addition to worker's compensation matters, the firm also handles some Social Security disability matters - usually in conjunction with a worker's compensation claim. Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice We work with other firms in the Central Illinois area in matters of personal injury and medical malpractice. We do what is called the "legwork" for these types of cases. (This means that we do the initial investigation.) We then usually refer that type of case to a local firm but still work with them in resolving the case.
