Adam Fein is an associate with Rosenblum, Schwartz, Rogers & Glass, P.C. Adam graduated, summa cum laude, from Loyola Marymount University in 1996 and received his J.D. from UCLA School of Law in 1999. He was licensed in Missouri in 2000.

Adam began his legal career as an intern in the California State Public Defender's Office, an office in San Francisco that works exclusively on death penalty appeals and habeas corpus petitions. He also interned with the Federal Defender for the Northern District of California (San Francisco) and the Federal Defender for the Southern District of California (San Diego). Upon graduation, Adam moved to St. Louis and worked with the Office of the Missouri State Public Defender in the City of St. Louis where he was a trial attorney and team leader. During 40 years as a criminal defense lawyer, Norman S. London, A.B. '52, J.D. '54, represented some of the wealthiest, most powerful people in Missouri and Illinois. In 1995, he accepted an appointment as federal public defender for the Eastern District of Missouri. After a federal judicial clerkship following graduation, London worked with Mark Hennelly and Morris Shanker, the leading criminal lawyers of the time. Later establishing his own practice, London was involved in many high-profile criminal cases. Although routinely opposing police officers, they sought his assistance, and he organized The St. Louis Police Officers Association, which he represented for many years. Gilbert Sison

M. Edward Williams

Of Counsel

Edward Williams recently retired from the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, Missouri after serving over sixteen years as a Circuit Judge. Judge Williams is now of counsel to Rosenblum, Schwartz, Rogers and Glass, P.C., and will be resident in the newly established office in Hillsboro, Missouri. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri, B.A. '64 and the University of Missouri School of Law, J.D. '66. He was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1966 and later to the bars of Virginia, Pennsylvania, and the Eastern District of Missouri. After several years of corporate practice early in his career in Missouri, Virginia and Pennsylvania, his desire to do trial work led him to accept a position in legal services in southeast Missouri where he tried numerous civil and criminal matters. That was followed by his appointment as Public Defender for Jefferson County. After three years as Public Defender, he was elected Prosecuting Attorney of Jefferson County. After leaving that position he was in private practice in Hillsboro for fourteen years with an emphasis on criminal defense and personal injury. In 1994 he was appointed to the bench by the late Governor Mel Camahan. During his lengthy career in public service and private practice, Judge Williams tried many criminal and civil jury trials and presided over many more, including several tried by Scott Rosenblum. Judge Williams emphasis will be on criminal defense, but he will also handle select civil matters including personal injury and mediation of civil disputes.

That was followed by his appointment as Public Defender for Jefferson County. After three years as Public Defender, he was elected Prosecuting Attorney of Jefferson County. After leaving that position he was in private practice in Hillsboro for fourteen years with an emphasis on criminal defense and personal injury. In 1994 he was appointed to the bench by the late Governor Mel Camahan. During his lengthy career in public service and private practice, Judge Williams tried many criminal and civil jury trials and presided over many more, including several tried by Scott Rosenblum. Judge Williams emphasis will be on criminal defense, but he will also handle select civil matters including personal injury and mediation of civil disputes.

M. Edward Williams

Of Counsel

Edward Williams recently retired from the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, Missouri after serving over sixteen years as a Circuit Judge. Judge Williams is now of counsel to Rosenblum, Schwartz, Rogers and Glass, P.C., and will be resident in the newly established office in Hillsboro, Missouri. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri, B.A. '64 and the University of Missouri School of Law, J.D. '66. He was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1966 and later to the bars of Virginia, Pennsylvania, and the Eastern District of Missouri. After several years of corporate practice early in his career in Missouri, Virginia and Pennsylvania, his desire to do trial work led him to accept a position in legal services in southeast Missouri where he tried numerous civil and criminal matters. That was followed by his appointment as Public Defender for Jefferson County. After three years as Public Defender, he was elected Prosecuting Attorney of Jefferson County. After leaving that position he was in private practice in Hillsboro for fourteen years with an emphasis on criminal defense and personal injury. In 1994 he was appointed to the bench by the late Governor Mel Camahan. During his lengthy career in public service and private practice, Judge Williams tried many criminal and civil jury trials and presided over many more, including several tried by Scott Rosenblum. Judge Williams emphasis will be on criminal defense, but he will also handle select civil matters including personal injury and mediation of civil disputes.

Edward Williams recently retired from the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, Missouri after serving over sixteen years as a Circuit Judge. Judge Williams is now of counsel to Rosenblum, Schwartz, Rogers and Glass, P.C., and will be resident in the newly established office in Hillsboro, Missouri. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri, B.A. '64 and the University of Missouri School of Law, J.D. '66. He was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1966 and later to the bars of Virginia, Pennsylvania, and the Eastern District of Missouri. After several years of corporate practice early in his career in Missouri, Virginia and Pennsylvania, his desire to do trial work led him to accept a position in legal services in southeast Missouri where he tried numerous civil and criminal matters. That was followed by his appointment as Public Defender for Jefferson County. After three years as Public Defender, he was elected Prosecuting Attorney of Jefferson County. After leaving that position he was in private practice in Hillsboro for fourteen years with an emphasis on criminal defense and personal injury. In 1994 he was appointed to the bench by the late Governor Mel Camahan. During his lengthy career in public service and private practice, Judge Williams tried many criminal and civil jury trials and presided over many more, including several tried by Scott Rosenblum. Judge Williams emphasis will be on criminal defense, but he will also handle select civil matters including personal injury and mediation of civil disputes.
