What distinguishes your law firm from others?

If you’re looking for an employment law firm that can help you stand up for your rights, it’s crucial to choose a firm that understands your perspective and has your best interests at heart. At Romero Law, APC, we represent employees, whistleblowers and victims of workplace discrimination, harassment and retaliation. We stand up aggressively for the rights of our clients under the California Labor Code and the Fair Employment and Housing Act. We have a long and successful record in and out of the courtroom, and we will use our experience and every legal tool available to help you achieve the outcome you’re seeking.

As advocates for employees and whistleblowers, we take the complicated cases that other firms won’t touch – and we get the results that they can’t get. We are committed to providing clear and frank advice from the start of our case until its resolution, including an honest assessment of the strength of your case when we first meet. But in every case, we stand ready to fight hard to help you obtain justice for the wrong you have suffered. No matter what situation you are facing, we will work closely with you to craft a legal strategy tailored to your needs and priorities.
