Firm Overview

The founder of Riszk Law, Richard Rizk, is a former insurance company insider who knows how to motivate insurers to pay claims because he has authorized claim payments himself. He knows insurer tactics to defend injury claims because he personally defended injury claims for national insurers. How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

Two reasons:

#1: I am a former insurance company lawyer who became ashamed of insurer tactics crafted to take advantage of those injured due no fault of their own. I now anticipate insurer tactics and flip my insurer insights to my client's advantage;and

2. I was seriously injured in an automobile crash long ago. I have not forgotten the experience, empathize with people hurt by others and want to help.

I am a former insurance company defesne

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others?

I learned insurance working for Nationwide Insurance Company for a decade-- 6 years as an injury defense lawyer and 4 as a claims attorney resolving high exposure insurance coverage disputes nationally. Over my 25 year plus legal career I have only worked on insurance and injury related matters. The last 15 years I have solely represented folks with injury, disability or insurance claims. I have resolved over $15M in claims.

I know how insurers think. Knowing how the other side thinks is key to successful injury claim resolution.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

My client reviews show why...the Rizklaw team truly cares! We know what is needed to obtain the best possible personal injury claim result. Search "Richard Rizk client reviews"
