Two reasons: #1: I am a former insurance company lawyer who became ashamed of insurer tactics crafted to take advantage of those injured due no fault of their own. I learned insurance working for Nationwide Insurance Company for a decade-- 6 years as an injury defense lawyer and 4 as a claims attorney resolving high exposure insurance coverage disputes nationally. Over my 25 year plus legal career I have only worked on insurance and injury related matters. The last 15 years I have solely represented folks with injury, disability or insurance claims. I have resolved over $15M in claims. I know how insurers think. Knowing how the other side thinks is key to successful injury claim resolution.
