Andrew Reinhardt graduated from St. Lawrence University and Syracuse University College of Law in New York. As a member of the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia Bars, he has represented thousands of injured persons since he began practicing law in 1980 including those with workers' compensation, personal injury and social security disability cases.
Stephen has tried hundreds of workers' compensation cases and also taken his client cases to the highest Virginia courts handling workers' compensation cases, including the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Virginia on numerous occasions. He has been involved in numerous cases setting significant precedents in the area of workers' compensation law.
Stephen has been selected as a Virginia "Super Lawyer" for the last three years, as well as for inclusion in the publication "Best Lawyers in America" since 2016 in the category of workers' compensation. He has been named by WILG as one of the Nation's Top 100 Injured Workers' Attorney.
Craig's experience in workers' compensation and personal injury has given him a unique perspective on the overlap between these two areas of law. Craig frequently lectures at seminars on successfully resolving combined worker's compensation and personal injury cases. He has also given presentations throughout Virginia on tactics for negotiating workers' compensation liens in personal injury cases and has published articles on representing undocumented workers in workers' compensation cases and negotiating cases under the Virginia Workers' Compensation Act.
Joel Young is a Director with the firm, and specializes in workers' compensation cases in our Fredericksburg office. He serves as Co-Chair of the Advanced Workers' Compensation Retreat for VTLA, on the Board of Directors for Legal Aid Works and is on the Board of the Workers' Injury Law and Advocacy Group (WILG).
Michael has enthusiastically represented many injured clients in personal injury and workers' compensation cases to settlement and verdict. When someone is injured at work, many benefits are available to that injured worker, including workers' compensation, a third party claim, SSDI, VRS, long and short term disability, and other benefits. Michael is experienced in considering the complicated interplay between all of these benefits when pursuing his clients' cases.
Michael has successfully argued cases on appeal before the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission and the Court of Appeals of Virginia. He enjoys legal argument, and he will tirelessly pursue creative angles to secure benefits on behalf of his clients.
