Litigating on your behalf
We provide commercial litigation services to businesses and corporations throughout the State of Tennessee. Our clients include banks and financial institutions, manufacturers, and healthcare institutions.

Applying Advanced Communication Skills to Mediated Settlements
We approach mediation with a commitment to understand the concerns of both parties, including the personal and business issues that are at the heart of disputes -- and have conducted over 100 mediations in cases ranging from medical malpractice to insurance claims. In any mediated settlement, we make sure we are part of the solution, not part of the problem. While litigation is sometimes unavoidable, mediation is often a faster, less expensive and ultimately more satisfying path to resolution. Robert Redding is one of the most experienced mediators in Tennessee area, and has both the know-how needed to bring parties to the table and the can-do attitude to help them reach success.

Getting Clients a Second Chance
Appellate advocacy requires a passion for analysis, an understanding of complex legal concepts, and keen powers of persuasion. At Redding, Steen & Staton, we know how to go through the record of a trial with a fine-tooth comb, finding possible errors and looking for issues on which to base an appeal. To that end, we employ technology, research capabilities and analytical skills to craft compelling written arguments and, when necessary, argue your case before the court. When you need to make sure that a ruling is not overturned, we apply the same zealous approach to convince the court that the ruling should stand.
