Olivia Rossi

Olivia Rossi, Esq.

Olivia is a Chicago native but relocated to Salt Lake City, UT in 2018. Olivia attended Saint Xavier University in Chicago for undergrad where she double-majored in Political Science and Philosophy. Olivia then went on to attend law school at the University of Iowa, College of Law in Iowa City, IA and received her Juris Doctorate in 2014.

Olivia started her practice of law in commercial litigation in Grand Junction, Colorado. Although she enjoyed the challenging work, she left commercial litigation to seek more client-focused work in family law. Olivia felt there was no better place to help families through the difficult process than Salt Lake City, UT. Since her relocation, Olivia has submerged herself in Utah life. Olivia spends her free time coaching Mock Trial at Woods Cross High School, managing the Liberty Park Market, and sitting on various community boards. Most often you will find Olivia running around Mill Creek Canyon with her bigger-than-life German Shepherd Dog.

Olivia is licensed to practice law in the State of Utah and the State of Colorado. Olivia is a member of the Salt Lake City Bar Association, Women’s Bar Association, and Minority Bar Association. Olivia has practiced in commercial litigation, personal injury, real property including foreclosures, landlord/tenant matters, and land use, criminal defense and prosecution, and employment.

There can be many difficult issues to resolve in domestic matters including the division of real and personal property, the dissolution of businesses, the distribution of retirement accounts, the award of child and spousal support. Olivia’s experience in various areas of law provide a broad foundation and interdisciplinary understanding of the many facets of litigation and a unique insight into the complexity of family law cases. Olivia also understands the intrusive nature of domestic cases and approaches the issues and her clients with sensitivity and understanding. She works tirelessly as an advocate for her clients, who benefit greatly from her creative, direct, and innovative approach to the practice of law.
