Mr. Ravid founded Ravid and Associates in 1990 with a practice emphasis in civil litigation. Mr. Ravid graduated from the University of Michigan, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree With Distinction. He received a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit School of Law where Mr. Ravid was a Law Review Editor, Moot Court competitor, and was inducted into the Order of Barristers. Mr. Ravid then earned a Master of Law Degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, a top national law program. Mr. Ravid became a member of the Michigan State Bar in 1981 and is admitted to practice before Michigan State and Federal Courts. Mr. Ravid is appointed by attorneys around the state to serve as an arbitrator and act as a Case Evaluator for the Wayne and Macomb County Circuit Courts. Over his years of service to clients, Mr. Ravid has obtained many multi-million dollar results as he pursued his practice of toxic tort, complex liability, insurance, personal injury, and product liability cases.
Mr. Pascuzzi is a Ravid & Associates, P.C. litigator with a practice focus in the areas of personal injury, insurance, premises liability and wrongful death. Mr. Pascuzzi received his Bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University. He then attended the Wayne State University Law School were he was awarded a Juris Doctor Degree. He has been a member of the State Bar of Michigan since 1986 and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan.

Mr. Banka is an associate attorney with Ravid and Associates and primarily limits his practice to brief writing in the trial/appellate courts of Michigan. He is a graduate of Central Michigan University where he was a Centralis Scholarship Recipient and a State of Michigan Competitive Scholarship Recipient. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in International Relations. Mr. Banka then attended Wayne State University Law School were he achieved Honors Distinction in Legal Research and Writing and was a recipient of WSU Board of Governors' Scholarship. Since 2001, Mr. Banka has been a member of the State Bar of Michigan and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan, and the Michigan Court of Appeals.
