Randall Meyer was born and raised in New Orleans. For over 25 years, he has maintained a solo practice representing individuals in accident cases, successions, real estate and all aspects of civil law in New Orleans and all of south Louisiana.
The main purpose of my law firm is to help people who have been injured, or the family members of those killed, through the neglect of some person or company. We fight hard to represent our clients' interests against large corporations or insurance companies. Mr. Meyer understands the physical, emotional, and financial burdens an accident can place on an individual. Our aim is to lessen the stress in our clients lives caused by an accident, both during the legal process and afterward by obtaining maximum value through settlement or trial. Approximately 85% of our injury cases involve motor vehicle accidents. A person who is seriously injured by the negligence or wrongful acts of someone else deserves to be compensated. Even though no amount of money can replace a lost family member, families deserve to be compensated for the loss of a loved one who was wrongfully killed. Occupation and social background have no bearing whatsoever on whether a person deserves compensation. A capable attorney who aggressively advocates for you can be the key to getting the compensation you or your family may be entitled to. We handle car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, brain injuries, wrongful death, burn injuries, spinal cord injuries, slip and fall accidents, and more in the New Orleans area, the River Parishes and all of south Louisiana. Mr. Meyer believes that every individual who comes into his office needs an attorney who focuses on their individual case. He feels strongly that once a person walks through his door that person is entitled to top quality representation. We work hard to get the maximum value for personal injury claims caused by the neglect of other people involving car wrecks, truck wrecks, and most other types of injury claims.
