Experienced DUII and Criminal Defense litigator with proven track record and lots of trial experience. I handle misdemeanors and felonies and work with an expert investigator that can help uncover the true facts of the case.

Tired of calling your attorney and not getting a call back. Tired of getting information about your case from an untrained assistant that isn't licensed to practice law.

My philosophy is to be available to speak directly with my clients and to work closely with them to find the best possible outcome for their case.

Sometimes early intervention can result in a dismissal of your criminal charges so that the case never goes to trial. There are also legal and factual defenses at trial that you may not be aware of. Make sure you know your rights before you make important decisions on your case.

I am familiar with the local judges/District Attorneys and practices in Lincoln County and have extensive experience in Pre-Trial Motion practice.

Experienced in obtaining spousal support, property division, child custody orders and temporary restraining orders and Motion practice.

I am directly accessible whenever you want information about your case or whenever you want to consult about any questions you may have.

I understand that you want accurate and helpful advice about your family law or dissolution case from an attorney.

If you are in need of a restraining order, temporary custody order, or have been served with divorce papers, I have the knowledge, experience and training that is necessary to get you the result you need.

Call me now regarding your SSI or SSDI claim. I have assisted many clients in getting their disability case approved for payment of benefits.

Work directly with an attorney not an "advocate". Have a pro-active, experienced litigator take a look at your claim and help you get the benefits you deserve.

The average US worker (with employer contributions) pays approximately $350,000 into the Social Security system during their working years. Many workers are unaware that they are actually paying for this disability insurance while they are working.

I am an experienced trial attorney and I practice in Oregon circuit courts. I also have considerable experience with administative law judge hearings for SSI or SSDI. Let me help you get the evidence you need to prove your claim.

How frequently does your firm use mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law to resolve cases?

Where it is not required, it always up to the client to decide if they want to mediate an issue or take a case to trial.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

I enjoy working with my clients to tackle the hardest issues in their cases.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

Clients should be well informed about the procedures and law in their case.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?
