Mr. Quisenberry has collected millions of dollars for his clients through patent infringement lawsuits he has litigated in courts throughout the United States. On the defense side, he successfully defended a Wyoming-based restaurant in a patent infringement lawsuit in the Eastern District of Texas. He is currently representing a photographer in multiple copyright infringement lawsuits against over 50 defendants filed in federal courts in Nevada, Delaware, Maryland and Tennessee.
