Amber Mikula is the newest partner to join the law firm, having done so in 2010. She has practiced as an associate for the firm since 2006. Prior to joinging the firm, she practiced with various firms in Chicago, inlcuding the Law Offices of Jeffrey Leving. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Lewis University, and earned her law degree from John Marshall Law School.
She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Will County Women's Bar Association. She has also served as both vice-president and president of the Will County Habitat for Humanity Board and continues to serve on the board as a Director.
She has been practicing law since 1996, and concentrates in the areas of Family Law and Real Estate Law.
Mr. Marker became a partner at the firm in 2005. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced with various firms in Chicago for over 5 years. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University and his law degree from the John Marshall Law School. He has been practicing law since the year 2000.
Mr. Marker concentrates in Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, and Real Estate law.
He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Will County Bar Association, DuPage County Bar Association, Workers Compensation Lawyers Association ( WCLA ), and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America ( ATLA ).
Mr. Marker has successfully tried a multitude of cases in DuPage, Will, and Cook Counties, and has obtained settlements and/or trial verdicts for over millions of dollars for his clients.
Kathleen O'Keefe Rivera is the firm's newest associate attorney, having joined the firm in 2010. Prior to joinging the firm, she practiced for various firms in Chicago and as a sole practitioner. She obtained her Bachelor's in arts degree from Illinois State University and her legal degree from The John Marshall Law School.
She is a member of the Illinois Bar Association and concentrates in the areas of real estate, wills and trusts, bankruptcy, and injury.
Ms. O'Keefe-Rivera speaks fluent Spanish, which is a major asset for her clients and the firm.
Rey Meadowcroft is one of the founding partners of the firm, which was established in 1984. He has been practicing law since 1972, after receiving his Bachelor of Arts from DePauw University and his law degree from Case Western Reserve University.
He currently is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the DuPage County Bar Association, and the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association ( IRELA ).
His area of concentration is Residential and Commercial Real Estate.
Bob Quinn is one of the founding partners of the law firm, and has been practicing law since his graduation from John Marshall Law School in 1973, after earning his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
He is a published member of the John Marshall Law Review and has served as Board Member and Chairman of the Naperville Planning Commission for 14 years. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Will County Bar Association, and the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association ( IRELA ). Currently he is a Director on the Board of the Bolingbrook Area Chamber of Commerce.
He concentrates in Residential and Commercial Real Estate Law, Business Law, and Wills and Estates.
