PCP&B also represents developers, owners, lenders, buyers, sellers, investors, landlords and tenants in all facets of commercial real estate and land use matters.

Randall A. Pulman founded Pulman, Cappuccio, Pullen & Benson, LLP in 2004. He graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in May of 1986 and was granted a license to practice law in the State of Texas in November, 1986. Mr. Pulman's practice emphasizes arbitration of civil disputes and commercial civil trial matters in both federal and state courts.
