What distinguishes your law firm from others?

We counsel clients on the best strategies for accomplishing their estate planning and business goals. We starts by "putting our clients at legal ease" by using normal, not legal, language to communicate with our clients. We want our clients to understand the legal issues and risks they face. We do this so our client understand their circumstances and can make better informed choices for themselves, their families and their businesses.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

We highly encourage this. It helps the client understand the legal issues in advance and often will reduce their legal fees.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others?

I have been actively engaged in lawsuits of all kinds throughout my career. As a result, I have the experience of knowing what can or will go wrong if a matter is not handled properly at the beginning.
