On October 1, 1983, John O. Platt, Katherine B.L. Platt, Joseph P. DiGiorgio and Vincent P. DiFabio established the law firm of Platt, DiGiorgio & DiFabio. Since its inception, the firm has maintained offices at 1800 East Lancaster Avenue, Paoli, Pennsylvania, and has been dedicated to providing quality legal services in Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and surrounding counties, in addition to the State of New Jersey.

Vince P. DiFabio

With more than 30 years of experience representing clients in criminal cases, Vincent P. DiFabio is recognized as one of the preeminent criminal defense attorneys in southeastern Pennsylvania. Mr. DiFabio has handled thousands of felony and misdemeanor cases in the State and Federal Courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, ranging from death penalty murder charges to traffic matters. Mr. DiFabio is a fierce trial attorney who has earned a reputation for thorough case preparation and tireless plea negotiations. He has extensive experience in appellate matters that includes securing successful precedent setting decisions in the Pennsylvania Superior and Supreme Courts in cases involving Constitutional rights and the use of DNA evidence to exonerate a client. Additionally, Mr. DiFabio has lectured at various criminal law seminars and has served on the Chester County Criminal Rules Committee. He is currently an adjunct professor at Immaculata University.

Joseph P. DiGiorgio

Joseph P. DiGiorgio's distinguished career has centered on the practice of Family Law for more than 30 years. In that time, Mr. DiGiorgio has also built a diverse practice spanning Wills, Trusts and Estates, Corporate, Business and Employment law. Mr. DiGiorgio has established a reputation for the thorough, delicate and strategic handling of both routine and complex family law cases, including those involving intricate finances, extensive marital estates and high-conflict custody matters. Additionally, Mr. DiGiorgio prevailed in a case that changed the treatment of mortgages by the Courts of Chester County in support cases, which was later adopted by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court as an amendment to its Court Rules. He has achieved substantial verdicts and settlements for personal injury clients, including a result in excess of $1 million. Mr. DiGiorgio has served as solicitor for the Fraternal Order of Police in Chester County for more than 20 years and is general counsel for a mid-sized corporation in southeastern PA.

Susan J. Sacchetta

Susan J. Sacchetta has maintained a close and successful association with Platt, DiGiorgio & DiFabio for over 25 years, with a strong record of accomplishment that has contributed greatly to the prestige of the firm. Ms. Sacchetta has dedicated her career to the practice of family law and by extension, many legal matters that impact the emotional and financial viability of families. As a result, she is an experienced litigator in personal injury, workers' compensation and social security disability cases as well as in complex divorce, custody, support and equitable distribution matters. Because of the often distressing personal nature of such cases, Ms. Sacchetta conducts her practice with the utmost respect and discretion for her clients. She successfully has represented injured workers and victims in the pursuit of their claims, and has been recognized by her peers for her effectiveness as a litigator, client advocate and counselor in the practice of family law and workers' compensation.

Keith P. DiFabio

Keith P. DiFabio graduated Cum Laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2015. He was the Lenard Sigal Memorial Award recipient, which is awarded to those who demonstrate excellence in criminal law studies. Mr. DiFabio was also a member of the Rubin Public Interest Honor Society due to his dedication to public service as a law student. While in law school, Mr. DiFabio conducted a two-year internship for the Delaware County District Attorney's Office.

Upon graduating from law school, Mr. DiFabio successfully passed the Pennsylvania Bar examination and was admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania. Thereafter, Mr. DiFabio was employed by the Delaware County Public Defender's Office. During that time, Mr. DiFabio also worked part-time at Platt, DiGiorgio and DiFabio conducting research projects and drafting memoranda of law. In September 2016, Mr. DiFabio joined the law firm of Platt, DiGiorgio and DiFabio as a full-time associate attorney.
