Ray was born in Fort Wayne, attended undergrad at Indiana University in Bloomington receiving a bachelor degree and received his J.D., magna cum laude, in 2010 from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Ray was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 2010 and immediately joined his father's firm becoming the 3rd generation attorney following his father and grandfather (Jr and Sr). Ray is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana and the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
