It helps us to know of ways to get you the maximum from your circumstances. We assemble all of your bills, attempt to make sure they are paid by insurance and then may also work to negotiate on those, also. We employ a person whose job is to coordinate benefits. A law firm that does not regularly work in these areas, may not know these things. The four attorneys have over 85 years of experience with most of those years directly involved in the personal injury practice. Our staff has dozens of years of personal injury experience and were hired because they like to work with plaintiffs.

If you've been injured, our Kansas car wreck lawyers work hard to maximize the amount of money you can collect. Patterson Legal Group will investigate your legal options by pursuing the factors that make each car wreck case unique.
Why do I need a Kansas car wreck lawyer for my claim? Insurance companies often try to make even the smallest car wreck claims difficult. An insurance adjuster will work on your behalf, but they also represent the best interests of the insurance company. Insurance adjusters work for insurance companies, which requires them to balance your interests and the interests of the insurance company. With a Kansas car wreck lawyer representing you, there is someone who is looking after your interests alone. We offer a free consult if you have questions about whether you may have a claim and if representation will be helpful for you. You may find insurance adjusters continuously calling you, or the opposite, difficult to reach. When you are faced with making legal decisions, it helps to have an adviser who is looking after only your interests, who can answer your urgent questions, and provide you with direction. Every case our Kansas car wreck lawyers handle requires a different level of involvement which may include: interviewing witnesses, taking photographs of all injuries and property damages from the wreck. Some car wreck cases require reconstructing the wreck scene from skilled engineers and accident reconstruction experts. Our track record of successful results includes multi-million dollar jury verdicts and settlements.
