WE ARE AGGRESSIVE LAWYERS WHO REPRESENT PEOPLE HURT IN AUTO ACCIDENTS
The effects of an auto accident can be wide-ranging and severe. Serving the Denver metropolitan area, Oakmont Law Group in Aurora, Colorado works with individuals injured by careless, reckless and impaired motorists.
Our goal is to help you achieve a resolution to your case that eases the physical, emotional and financial burden thrust upon you. We will aim for a compensation arrangement that allows you to move forward with your life in the most comfortable way possible.
Experienced advocates argue on behalf of clients harmed in vehicular collisions - in Colorado, a tort-based (at-fault) system is used to determine liability in auto injury cases. This means that a person injured in an accident files a claim with the other driver's insurance company and the insurance company only pays the claim if its driver is found to be more than 50 percent at fault. When at-fault drivers are not insured, which is illegal in Colorado, the injured parties must file a claim with their own insurance companies. Working with an experienced lawyer to present your claim or fight your claim denial can help bring about a fair resolution to your case.
We represent drivers involved in:
Car accidents: We fight for clients involved in all types of two-car and multi-car crashes, from fender benders and whiplash incidents to major collisions and drunk driving accidents.
Motorcycle and ATV accidents: Serious injury can result when a motorcyclist or ATV driver is struck. We pursue civil justice for individuals in these accident cases.
Trucking accidents: Tractor-trailer crashes can devastate those involved. Our attorneys will work to make a strong case for you if you have experienced a trucking accident.
Courts can order insurance companies to pay economic damages for medical expenses, lost income and certain other expenses. They can also order non-economic damages to be paid for pain and suffering, emotional distress, and more. Punitive damages, meant to punish the person at fault, may be awarded under certain circumstances. Except when the accident results in permanent physical impairment, Colorado places limits, adjusted for inflation, on the amount that can be paid out in personal injury cases. The current limit is $468,000; however, a court (upon a showing of clear and convincing evidence) can increase this amount to $936,000.
When you choose Oakmont Law Group, we will work tirelessly to reach fair settlements and achieve favorable rulings that help to lessen your hardship.
We Founded Oakmont Law Group to better serve clients and their individual needs when they have been injured by another (usually in an auto accident). We noticed that other firms just "sign em up" as fast as they can and sacrifice individual service in order to achieve a high number of settlements. We frequently heard complaints about others from people who said, "I could never get a hold of my lawyer and I never knew what was going on in my case." This complaint is a symptom of lawyers having too many cases, and firms being too focused on numbers and not enough on their clients -- which is why we founded Oakmont! We actually CARE about YOU!
Our firm favors taking the time to learn about each of our client's cases, their individual needs, and what the client wants to achieve from their case. We have a computer system that allows clients to check on their case 24/7/365 by using a secure internet connection. Clients can monitor what is happening in their case, add documents and photos, and can even send their lawyer a secure and private message at any time. At Oakmont Law Group, clients decide how involved they are and how much information and feedback they need from their lawyer. At Oakmont, YOU get the choice of how and when you receive information about your case.
We are dedicated to customer service and will come to you to help get your case moving forward.

Glenn joined The Gaiennie Law Office in September of 2017 and handles both litigation and pre-litigation personal injury matters. He uses his law enforcement expertise to analyze cases where the police were involved, such as traffic accidents and citations.
When he is not advocating to get the highest possible payout for his clients, Glenn can be found watching the Colorado Rockies, the Denver Broncos, fishing, or traveling with his wife.
