North Florida Social Security Disability Attorneys

North Florida Social Security Disability Attorneys

Firm Overview

North Florida Disability Attorneys is dedicated to supplying quality legal representation for Social Security disability claimants and all matters related. We leverage cutting edge technology to ensure that you have complete online access, through our website's client portal, to your attorney, medical records, and representational documents. We assign each case to a Florida licensed attorney who will be your personal attorney for all: interactions with the Social Security Administration concerning your claim(s); research and drafting of legal arguments in support of your claim(s); and, for all development of the record. In other words, your attorney will personally handle all aspects of your case, including speaking directly with you, your medical providers, past employers, family, and friends, as appropriate to develop the record. Thus unlike other big-name national law firms, where you will speak with one attorney for your initial intake, have all of the substantive legal work done by a paralegal, and have a different attorney appear for you at your hearing, with us your attorney will be your personal representative and counselor, someone who will be there for you at every step of the way.

Services Offered For Fixed Fees?

We always charge the same fee for representing Social Security disability benefits claimants: If we lose, you pay nothing. If we win, you pay (1) 25% of your back benefits (no more than $6,000), (2) medical expenses (e.g., if we needed to pay for a doctor to exam you), and (3) administrative expenses (typically only for the costs of obtaining your medical records).
