We've helped hardworking people find relief from crushing debt since 1923. Based on your specific situation our experienced attorneys will map out a sound debt relief strategy for you.
At the law firm of Newman, Williams, Mishkin, Corveleyn, Wolfe & Fareri, P.C., we provide complete bankruptcy services to clients throughout the Pocono region and all of Northeastern Pennsylvania. We understand how overwhelming it can be to face an unmanageable debt load. We are committed to helping you find a solution that gets you back on the right financial path and puts you in the best possible position as you move forward. Bankruptcy Relief Is Your Right Under the Law. Many people are hesitant to contact a bankruptcy attorney because they often feel as though they have done something wrong. Hardworking people across the country are finding themselves in financial distress due to no fault of their own. Job loss, divorce, unexpected medical bills and other causes can put otherwise financially stable people into a position where they are unable to meet their financial obligations. Almost all of our clients have suffered an unavoidable event which caused their financial problems. Divorce, illness, and job loss are the major causes of bankruptcy, not overspending or financial mistakes. When you meet with Attorney Rubino, he will take the time to listen to your circumstances and explain in plain English all options available to you. Attorney Rubino will conduct a thorough review of your financial situation and give you his honest recommendation regarding a sound debt relief strategy, including alternatives to a bankruptcy filing. Contact our office today to discuss your finances with Attorney Rubino. We are available between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and by appointment at other times.
