30 Years Experience providing probate services and business services to families in our community
Our probate services: Probate is the court process of transferring assets from one generation to another. We help clients qualify to serve as Executors, we help you gather information about the assets that is to be transferred, help you determine and pay from the estate the remaining debts, file final tax returns and finally distribute the property among the heirs. Our fees are set by California law. We also offer Probate Services in Alameda, Contra Costa, Solano and San Francisco Counties and have offices in San Francisco, Oakland, Concord, Walnut Creek, and Fairfield. Our business services: We help families and the business they own in our communities. We help them anticipate problems, operate efficiently and find solutions to their particular business challenges. I regularly see business clients that are at different stages of development. At the beginning of a business a client may be advised to set up a corporation or LLC. The new business may need help reviewing leases, independent contractor agreements or employment agreements. Later the client might want to expand, bring in new partners, and later the owners of the successful business may need to consider estate planning. Our firm was established in 1979.

I am raising a special needs teenager. This life experience has made me a much better listener and more compassionate to the various challenges we face. I listen very carefully to my clients concerns and desires. At the end of each telephone call or client meeting, we review what we covered and discuss areas in which we can help.Personal interests: Reading history and riding ATV's with my son.
