Napolin Law APC

Firm Overview

Napolin Law APC is centered on the philosophy of providing strong advocacy in the courtroom and clear guidance to the client from day one. A lawsuit or other serious legal problem is often the most stressful and taxing event that a person will face in their life. My clients know what is going on in their case and have the opportunity to communicate with me personally on a daily basis if necessary. Thorough and consistent attorney-client communication helps each client be aware of where there case is, where their case is headed and what to expect step by step. This awareness can significantly lower the high levels of stress that many people experience when going though any type of legal process. We offer a FREE CONSULTATION in the following areas of legal practice: 1) Auto/Car/Bus/Truck/Motorcycle/Pedestrian Accidents: Those who drive are well aware of the dangers that exist on the California roadways. Every day, hundreds upon hundreds of people are involved in collisions on the road. Some do not cause pain and suffering or need for medical attention, however, most will result in some form of bodily injury. Cars, trucks, vans and buses are heavy pieces of metal hurdling themselves at high rates of velocity. When mistakes are made and two or more motor cars collide, the auto accident will cause the drivers and passengers to experience trauma via jolting, swaying and rocking within the passenger compartment. Even lower impact collisions have the ability to create the types of conditions that cause serious lifelong physical problems. When physical problems lead to deterioration of lifestyle and/or inability to work, they can take a gigantic toll on the victim and their family. Here at Napolin Law Firm, Inc., we enforce our client's rights to recovery to the maximum extent feasible. Advocacy in the courtroom is paired with trusted legal counseling to our clients related to costs and benefits of any particular legal strategy. Together, we help our clients make the right decision and obtain the maximum recovery. 2) Workers Compensation Law: California workers' compensation law provides that employers in the State of California are to carry insurance that pays benefits in the form of money and medical to help their employees who are injured at work or who develop illness as a result of occupational hazards. Even though benefits are to be provided to claimants regardless of fault (with few exceptions), many employees find that they are not able to collect much if anything at all. The insurance carriers that write workmans comp policies in California often administer them against the interests of the employee. To fight incorrect decisions by the insurance adjuster, people hire lawyers in their area to file appeals with the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB). The work injury attorney will file paperwork with the court and will take disputed matters to a judge for adjudication. Oftentimes the simple hiring of the attorney is enough to obtain the needed benefits without having to see a judge at all. This is due to the fact that a job accident lawyer will have the ability to properly exercise legal rights so that they will become enforceable by the court. Once the adjuster knows that the claimed benefit will be enforced by the judge, it becomes fruitless for them to continue to deny it. Wondering about your benefits?: Permanent disability payments, temporary disability indemnity money, mileage reimbursement, future medical care, doctor selection, utilization review denials, inadequate medical attention? How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

I practice Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury law because I have found that these areas of law allow me to directly affect people in a positive way every day by being an attorney and counselor to them through what is likely the most stressful time of their life.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others?

I have a very diverse background that makes me a versatile attorney. I attended Pepperdine Law School, which is a great law school that produces highly educated and driven attorneys. I also hold two other degrees, one in Business Administration and another in American Studies. I draw on my diverse education to be a great counselor for my clients who need guidance through the legal process and for their lives. Since I began practicing, I have applied my education and gained significant experience in Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury. I know the law and how to apply it to each client's unique situation.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

My firm has what other firms often lack. We provide personalized attention to each and every case and client.
