Attorney Nancy Giardina has seen countless families go through the trials and tribulations of nasty divorces that end up scarring all of the participants involved. So, she became certified in collaborative law and became a trained mediator so that she could help her clients get through these tough times with less harm and stress, both financially and emotionally.

Nancy is not like the majority of attorneys that handle divorce, child custody, child support, visitation and other aspects of family law. She uses a team approach to resolve issues. From facilitators to mediators, the approach is different. The approach is better. It allows people to restructure their families and include matters that are important to them... not only matters that the court allows.

Nancy also will draft Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs), advise clients that are involved in mediation, review agreements, draft family court petitions, research legal issues, ghostwrite letters and help prepare clients to represent themselves in court.
