Mike Decker is an experienced litigator who practices in the areas of construction law, products liability, and complex commercial litigation. He has received an AV-Preeminent Rating by Martindale Hubbell, which is the highest possible rating for legal ability and ethical standards based on reviews from fellow lawyers and judges in Colorado. He has been recognized as a Colorado Super Lawyer in 2012, 2013, and 2014. Recently, the 20th Edition of The Best Lawyers in America recognized Mr. Decker for his work in the area of Commercial Litigation.

Mr. Decker previously worked as in-house counsel for one of the country's largest insurance companies. While there, he was the primary attorney responsible for the defense of construction claims in Colorado. Mr. Decker has acted as lead litigation counsel in more than 100 construction defect actions. He currently represents general contractors, trade contractors, and design professionals in litigated disputes and contractual negotiations.

Mr. Decker has represented numerous automobile manufacturers, product designers, and equipment manufacturers throughout Colorado and the United States. He regularly represents large and small companies in a wide variety of litigated disputes including claims for breach of contract, negligence, products liability, personal injury, and employment law matters.
