M.K.O. Employment Law LLC

M.K.O. Employment Law LLC

MKO is a plaintiff's employment, wrongful termination law firm. Attorney Kraemer previously founded a large plaintiff's employment and business law firm. With nearly 30 employees and offices in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, it had over 3000 cases.

Firm Overview

MKO is a boutique plaintiff employment law firm that takes on a smaller number of stronger employment cases. This means that MKO is highly selective on the cases we accept. Using the experience of helping thousands of people find justice, Attorney Kraemer founded MKO in order to orient the practice to align with the his slogan, Providing you a path forward in your life, career, and recovering the compensation you deserve.

When you work hard to earn your living, a workplace dispute can put your livelihood at risk. However, you are protected under employment law against numerous prohibited acts which might threaten your employment or put you in fear of retaliation. If you believe that you have been subjected to unlawful treatment while at work, we want to hear about your situation.

What does this all mean? It means we aggressively litigate to recover as large a money award or settlement as we can. It also means MKO understands that this shouldn't define your entire life and dictate your future. You deserve compensation, and part of that is all parties transitioning to a path forward. MKO believes this approach is geared toward getting you the best result possible. Attorney Kraemer, as the founder of MKO, believes that by being an advocate for the client, he can find effective solutions to their problems and deliver a positive outcome, no matter he circumstances.

As we aim to be a hi-tech boutique law firm fighting for your rights in the fastest, most effective way possible, all while providing top notch client service. We can be found in downtown Pittsburgh, in the heart of Pittsburgh's technology center, the Strip Districts: 3 Crossings riverfront property.

Recognizing that many employment clients are in hard situations, MKO takes pride in providing sincere attention and strong representation. He is well-versed in the nuances of employment law, and can cut quickly to the most important legal and practical issues in any situation.

'After dispensing thousands of legal consultations to potential clients, I can easily say it's my favorite part of my practice. My guidance, even if I can't accept them as a client, helps people immeasurably in figuring out what to do and how to move forward with their lives. I make a measurable impact every single day on many people. Who else can say that about their job? I love it. Call me.' - Michael Kraemer, Esq.

Michael Kraemer

M.K.O. Employment Law LLC

Years ago, Attorney Kraemer founded an employment law firm that represented thousands of plaintiff's throughout the state of Pennsylvania, with offices in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia and nearly 30 employees at one point. Two years in a row named a Fastest Growing Business as well as Best Places to Work by the Pittsburgh Business Times. As a serial entrepreneur, Michael saw a niche market for a boutique employment law firm that serves an alternative to the large firm plaintiff experience. Michael then founded M.K.O. Employment Law LLC to not only focus more directly on each individual client and their case, but to evaluate their situation and future as a whole as it relates to litigation. Hence, the MKO credo, "Providing you a path forward in your life, career, and recovering the compensation you deserve."

Recognizing that many employment clients are in hard situations, Michael takes pride in providing sincere attention and strong representation. He is well-versed in the nuances of employment law, and can cut quickly to the most important legal and practical issues in any situation.
