Paul Millewich

Paul Henry Millewich graduated from the National Law Center at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and received his B.S. from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy in New London, Connecticut. Paul's experience in the Coast Guard has allowed him to assist clients with complex mechanical, technical, and engineering cases involving injuries and Wrongful Death.

Richard Frederick Doerr

Richard Doerr is married and has two children and three teenage grandchildren. In his 40+ years' experience, Mr. Doerr has tried cases on matters ranging from speeding to murder. In 1972, he was selected out of 200 applicants as one of ten participants in the St. Louis County Prosecutor's intern program. During his 31 years in bankruptcy practice, he has seen two major revisions in bankruptcy laws, the first in 1978 and the second in 2005. Mr. Doerr's leisure activities include cross-country skiing, car shows, and driving his classic 1973 Corvette convertible.

Richard L. Elsliger

As a Civil litigation attorney with many years experience in litigation and also trial work, Richard Elsliger has first chaired several jury trials to verdict with favorable results. He has taken hundreds of depositions and is comfortable handling cases both as a plaintiff attorney and also as a defense attorney. Richard Elsliger has also worked for various insurance companies over the years and is familiar with the inner workings of the insurance industry which makes his experience valuable when representing clients against insurance companies.

In his spare time, Richard Elsliger is a writer of music for piano and has written several Preludes. He also is an accomplished writer and has published several works of horror fiction on Amazon.

Charles N. Ogan

Charles Ogan attended DePaul University College of Law where he received his Juris Doctor in 1996. While attending law school, Mr. Ogan was a writer for the Journal of Arts and Entertainment Law. In 1993, Mr. Ogan received a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in History and German from Illinois Wesleyan University. He studied one semester at Albert-Ludwigs-Universitt Freiburg, Germany.

Before joining Mevorah & Giglio Law Offices, Mr. Ogan served as an Assistant States Attorney in both DuPage County and Macon County. Through his seventeen years as a prosecutor, he litigated hundreds of cases that included many complex felony jury trials. Mr. Ogan received extensive trial experience in the areas of child abuse and neglect cases while a prosecutor in DuPage County. As a prosecutor, he worked closely with the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services ("DCFS") prosecuting cases including extreme physical child abuse, shaken babies, and Munchausen by Proxy. Mr. Ogan zealously worked to protect abused and neglected children, and now brings that passion to defend his clients and their families.

Subsequent to being a prosecutor, Mr. Ogan practiced family law at a prestigious Chicago firm. Mr. Ogan has guided his clients through the divorce and parentage process, obtaining beneficial judgments for his clients, including custody, visitation, and support orders. Mr. Ogan obtained Emergency and Plenary Orders of Protection for abused men, women, and children, as well as defending against Orders of Protection when needed. Mr. Ogan has achieved success in emotionally charged removal hearings.

Mr. Ogan is a member of the DuPage County Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois.

Jason Graff Shore

Jason G. Shore is a senior associate attorney with Mevorah & Giglio Law Offices concentrating his practice in litigation of complex family law matters, immigration, and bankruptcy. Mr. Shore is also fluent in Spanish.

Mr. Shore is acutely aware that when an individual contacts Mevorah & Giglio Law Offices about a legal problem, that for the client it is also a personal problem. In addition to litigating or negotiating settlements in many major cases, Mr. Shore is a skilled listener who is adept at developing and implementing cost effective and winning strategies.

Francis T. Cermak

Francis T. Cermak's practice is concentrated in criminal misdemeanor, traffic and family law, including prenuptial agreements, divorce, post decree matters, custody, allocation of parental responsibilities, child support, paternity and enforcement of alimony, maintenance and child decision making issues. Francis has prepared and argued appeals before the State of Illinois Appellate Court concerning Duty of Care, Open Meetings Act, and School Boundary issues.

Francis served as a DuPage County Assistant State's Attorney in the Civil Prosecution Bureau for 12 years, focusing on government litigation, and advising elected officials and county departments, including the DuPage County Board, the Regional Superintendent of Schools, Animal Care & Control, and the County's Convalescent Center and Health Departments. He also defended the County of DuPage in state and federal courts in personal injury and civil rights litigation. He also previously worked as a staff attorney for the 18th Judicial Circuit Court from 2000-2002.

Francis is active in the DuPage County Bar Association, and has previously served as Chair of the DCBA's School Law, Local Government and Health Care Law Committees. He has also served on the Illinois State Bar Association's Government Lawyers Executive Committee. Francis has previously taught Appellate Advocacy and coached moot court teams at DePaul University College of Law, and has taught Trial Advocacy and coached Mock Trial teams at North Central College.
